"If you don't mind walking 15 min a bit uphill, not steep, from the train station (past a small market) this is a great option. Missed my train to Monserrat and stayed here. It was a gem really. Clean, coffee maker in room, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Another 12 min to rack railway. They were more interested in making money than their guests’ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasn’t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldn’t advertise that it has heating if they’re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets.
