"Swimming facilities are excellent. Although the lack of food options could be better. Very expensive to dine. No kids option for the buffet dinner, and not much vegetarian options for main meal. Overall a very pricey buffet dinner at sawadee."

"Very busy yet accommodating nonetheless (once you get past the queue :). Really safe and nice feeling for a family trip! We staid in the houses on site - that on its own an adventure :) Also, food and drinks need a separate mentioning - fantastic and we are picky eaters."

A nice hotel lacking in hospitality
"The hotel itself is well located and the infrastructure is very good. The big problem is the staff, who are not welcoming at all, especially the oldest receptionist with black glasses: she can knock you down within a minute with her bad attitude and her unwillingness."

"Der Bungalow hat soweit alles was man braucht. Mit Hunden top, da Grundstück eingezäunt ist und es sehr ruhig ist.Zudem ist der Mochowsee nicht weit weg und wenig besucht.Es gibt noch etwas renovierungsbedarf an manche Ecken und schön wäre, wenn an den restlichen Fenster auch Insektenschutz kommen ..."
