Everything about this hotel was amazing! The room was not too big or small. Luxurious but not expensive, room service was amazing, Bat staff were great, remembered day to day what we were srinking, reception staff were amazing, especially Viktoria. We look forward to coming back next year!!

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed for over a month for a work trip and was very comfortable the whole time. I only wish they had some kind of loyalty program. Since I stay long-term overseas a lot, that would definitely make me more likely to do it again.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenanse, but I I was offered a voucher to the SPA centre in another hotel of the same chain nearby, in Old Riga. I only stayed one night, but it was an amazing experience overall. My room was in a newer section of the hotel across the courtyard. Because of this change, I was upgraded to a larger room. The bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows. The hotel is within walking distance of the train and bus stations. There's a great bar and excellent dining options. Great view of the river. Finally, many thanks to Veronika for her tireless efforts to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Will be back!

Fantastic staff and food. Really easy to get to from the airport just get the number 22 bus! A fantastic location to explore old Riga and really close to the Central Market too. Quiet considering it was near the main road and and overall brilliant stay.

Good location near to attractions and transport links. Great breakfast and lovely pool and spa (extra charge for this). The only slight problem was that our room was not serviced even though we requested it. This was resolved the next day after speaking to the reception staff.

Great stay here. Only thing they could make better was having someone in the spa to keep control over the kids. Not sure why kids were allowed in there anyway but they were making a lot of noise and splashing around while people were trying to relax. otherwise it was a great stay!
