"Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro! "
"We meet here for three days with a group of friends. Two of us had cars so the hotel parking was convenient. Cost was €25 per night to park.
The hotel was a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city.
The staff were excellent. They provided great restaurant recommendations, made great coffee in the morning and cocktails at the other end of the day.

"We highly recommend this hotel. It is close to just about everything. More importantly, this hotel makes you feel at home! The breakfast is wonderful. The evening social sets them above the rest..The wine, beer, water and small snacks pulled guests together to mingle..We met some wonderful people and exchanged info on places and tips for sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay and have been telling everyone about what a wonderful stay."
"The hotel was in a great location, very near to everything; shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. Customer service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room had a great view too."
"Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "
"Staff service was excellent. Good amenities within the hotel room. Breakfast was excellent with a varied selection of cereals, fruit and pastries. This hotel is perfect for those who want to see the main attractions within Florence, almost everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend it."
"Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful.
In terms of review, this place is definitely a budget option with a no-frills motel vibe and it's further away from the core of Florence. However, Florence is so walkable that it really isn't an issue and you can get to all the...
"This has been one of our more remarkable stays in a while. We travel monthly all over Europe, and a well-known fact of others that enjoy overseas travel, a 4 star or even 5 star property does not always translate to the quality or luxury we usually expect in the US. This hotel ticked every box for us. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable...we were right across from the Ponte Vecchio with a view of the river ...the location allowed us to walk to every destination. But above all was the...
"EXCELLENT Hotel!! Unbelievable location. Warn friendly professional staff. Food is wonderful. Just discovered Ferragamo owns it and thrilled to learn their impeccable quality for fashion transfers to hospitality! "

"Loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Florence before going home. Wish we could have stayed for more days. Very nice staff, they held our bags for us until it was time to check in. When we came back from Pisa, our bags were in our room. I would definitely stay again. "
