They charged me for three nights, I spent just two. Room was ok. Basic, clean. Needs upgrades. Water was leaking on the bathroom, I asked to be fixed, and it was fixed.

Really good location if you're looking to not stay directly on the beach as it's only 2 blocks from the beach. It's quiet too - however definitely not the cosiest or cleanest.

This hotel is a “get what you pay for”. I stayed in 3 different rooms over my 3 week trip. Each room had dirty curtains and chipped floors and walls and needed a makeover. For clarification they were all their budget rooms so I can’t speak for the state of the more expensive rooms. It’s a good location. Close to beach. Lots of food options nearby. Would I stay here again? Probably if I wanted a budget option.

The room was simple, but clean. WiFi was not up to par. My connections continuously dropped due to weak signals. The mattress was in need of replacement. It was uneven, with very noticeable craters in areas. This is bad on my back

Had to book here for a business trip, can be defined as a 2 star hotel. Infrastructure and furniture are shouting for a renovation, had many problems like a flooded room due to the old A/C that sweats inside the room, someone entered by mistake in my room, front desk is small but lots of people (with no apparent reason), the wardrobe door was lose and came out in my hand. Shower is excellent and A/c was working fine despite the age and the already mentioned architectural problem. Breakfast is ok. I am sure any of those will be fixed as the hotel was full with noisy tourists.

We had a really disappointing and dissatisfying stay at this property. Upon arriving after 3 flights, all we wanted was a shower and to go to sleep. The water was freezing cold, and when we asked for help we were met with nothing and were told to wait until tomorrow. Every single night of our stay the same thing happened and we were met with nothing from the staff. Upon asking to speak with a manager, again we were told to wait for the morning, and every morning were told that the manager was not working. We booked this hotel because a safe was pictured but upon arrival, again, nothing but disappointment. There was no safe door attached and it took them 2 full days to install. In addition, WiFi only worked in the lobby and we wasted a ton of our (quite expensive) cellular package as a result. The staff did not help with anything and we got 0 compensation from the hotel. We paid a premium price for a very below average stay and would not recommend at all.

Nos alojamos 2 noches, éramos dos adultos y un niño. La habitación es excelente, cómoda y grande, al igual que el baño. El hotel es un poco antiguo, el ascensor es pequeño para tantos huéspedes, y como nos alojábamos en el 2do piso nos resultó más cómodo subir y bajar por las escaleras. Durante nuestra estadía tuvimos problemas con el ingreso a la habitación, teníamos que solicitar ayuda del personal de recepción porque funcionaba mal el ingreso con la tarjeta, lo cual era molesto porque cada vez que llegábamos teníamos que pedir que nos abran la puerta. El lugar donde servían el desayuno es demasiado pequeño. La comida bien y personal de cocina amable. Para guardar valijas te cobran un precio extra ($30 reales) sin embargo debo destacar que nos imprimieron nuestras tarjetas de embarque sin costo. Lo mejor del hotel es que tiene muy buena ubicación, balcón con vista a la calle y cerca de todo. Muy buena relación precio - calidad.

O Infinity é um Hotel antigo, mas muito bom. A cama é ótima. Ar condicionado silencioso. o chuveiro é perfeito. Localização perfeita. Café da manhã gostoso, com variedade de alimentos, mas o ambiente é realmente pequeno, mas, mesmo no feriado, em nenhum momento tivemos que aguardar.
