A nice hotel for two or three days only

Isolamento acústico negativo, no meu quarto havia uma falsa janela "compartilhada" que simplesmente amplificava os barulhos dos quartos de baixo e o cheiro, principalmente o banheiro, tornando a experiência bem desagradável. Sugiro que o hotel tampe essa janela. Fora isso, o hotel é agradável, funcionários solícitos e a localização é boa.

O hotel possui instalações razoáveis, entretanto o elevador faz um barulho terrível, o ar condicionado também é super barulhento; o café da manhã com pouquíssima variação; o mínimo barulho do corredor é ouvido de dentro do quarto; não possui possibilidade de parcelamento no estabelecimento e não há nenhum aviso sobre isso; por fim, no checkout eles vistoriam o quarto e só liberam o hóspede após o ok da pessoa que faz a vistoria, um absurdo!

Tragicamente inesquecível
Excelente localização e instalações medianas. No entanto os ponto positivos ficam só nestes aspectos. Em termos de limpeza a situação foi absolutamente terrível. Chegando a noite, constatamos que as roupas de cama não tinham sido trocadas desde o último hóspede, pois estavam absolutamente sujas, inclusive com vestígios de sangue. O cobertor aparentemente nunca foi lavado e os lençóis e fronhas parecem ter sido adquiridos de um outro hotel que os descartou pelo excesso de uso. Pedimos a troca do quarto para um com serviço de quarto limpo, mas o que estava disponível era inabitável devido ao cheiro de mofo. A solução foi nós mesmo levarmos a roupa de cama do quarto mofado (apesar de puida como a do anterior) para o quarto original. Tivemos que nós mesmo fazer isso porque não havia nenhuma camareira no local e o pessoal da recepção alegou estar sem a chave da rouparia. No dia seguinte, depois de um café da manhã absolutamente franciscano em uma sala de refeição minúscula (não mais que oito mesas), retornamos ao hotel a noite para descobrir que o quarto não havia sido arrumado. Ao reclamar nos foi informado que existe um interruptor fora do quarto, onde o hóspede indica se deseja ou não que ele seja arrumado. Isso deveria ter sido informado quando do check in e não foi feito. Para coroar a experiência, pela manhã do terceiro dia, ao acordar verifiquei que estava dividindo a cama com uma aranha. Fiz a reserva confiando nas avaliações anteriores e errei completamente.
