Hotel is ok. View from pool area is great. Organization in reception desk is absolutely terrible. No guest have 1 minute early check in which is ok and fair for their business. However, it turns out that all guests stay in line in lobby waiting for check in at 14:00 while reception keeps doing nothing but looking the clock to count seconds to 14:00 in very bad attitude. If you want to feel mistreated please go there and experience this.

The hotel has serious issues with room cleanliness. Also the rooms are old, we had 5 rooms and 4 of them were smelly and poorly cleaned when we got them. Two of them had no hot water, the bed sheets, pillow cases and the towels had stain on them. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the view from the room and the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. The pool was also dirty and the hotel facade is aged and have water stains.

Pool area was very unkept pool water looked dirty. Property has lots of potential with the right maintenance and up keep it would really be a great hotel. Rooms need paint and better cleaning. Bathroom grout was moldy. Again Great space and potential with better up keep. That being said, staff was great breakfast included was a plus and parking included too.

NICE HOTEL BAD WI-FI!
Rise again ever after high do wi-fi did not work well if it worked at all and their sauna was not working either. I think quality Inn regulates the Wi-Fi for all their hotels and I have a problem with it no matter which quality and I sign into it with the exception of one in Colombia. This was a major thing for me. The other thing is that it is not really close to anything and to get into shopping areas you have to take an Uber or drive but parking is free if you have a car. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The problem I had was with the amenities of the hotel itself.

For those who don't like to venture
The staff members with whom I interacted were all delightful. They were very polite and friendly. Rooms were quite spacious. They could use a little touch-up, as could the hallways. Pool area was nice with good views. Breakfast was decent but the coffee was always a little cold for me. This hotel would be good for those wishing for more of a resort-like experience. Great for relaxing and being pampered. I would suggest it a good hotel for business travelers as well. The spacious rooms and hotel facilities are amenable to getting work done. I would not recommend it if you are like me: someone who likes to to be somewhat close to "where the action is". If you have a car then you'll be fine. Otherwise you'll need to take a taxi every time you want to explore Niteroi. My biggest gripe was with the W-Fi. It sucked. I felt like I had been transported back to 2001. All that was missing was a dial-up tone...... it was that bad. I spent 20 minutes on the phone troubleshooting with a technician. No improvement whatsoever. As delightful as the staff were, I do not see myself staying at this hotel when I return to Niteroí. I am, however, glad to have spent a few days there.

Wow, this hotel took me by surprise! I didn't expect it would be so nice! Great room, wonderful view with marvelous sunset, nice pool, hot tub, etc. Also walking distance of the Oscar Niemeyer buildings, beaches, etc. Enjoyed it so much that I added one more day!

O Hotel está muito acabado precisando de reformas . Os funcionários me parecem muito insatisfeitos, cheguei e tinha uma fila enorme para fazer o Chekin , fiquei 1 hora e 15 minutos. Teve até bate e boca com os clientes pois a fila era para tudo . Tive sorte de pegar um funcionário atencioso que fez de tudo para contornar a situação desagradável o sistema do hotel só aceitava CPF como tenho 14 anos fora do Brasil meu CPF está inválido e foi maior confusão pois meu esposo e filha são estrangeiros e meus dependentes na reserva também não aceitavam o n de passaporte.Por fim cansados deixei colocar um número imaginário como CPF . Minha experiência foi desagradável neste hotel e não recomendo. Funcionários mal vestidos uniformes precários e quarto todo ruim. O ponto positivo é a vista do Rj

Staff very friendly and responsive. Would be good if the people from the restaurant really take care of the people, it was one hour waiting for a simple order of chicken wings and two drinks, it was terrible and end up having the order delivered to the room after two complaints.
