Dona Marguerita uma senhora de 84 anos muito simpática que faz de tudo para ajudar os seus clientes. Não tem como se sentir em casa. Toda manhã vc acorda e a mesa café da manhã já está repleta, no período da tarde nos chamávamos para tomar um cafezinho… tudo de bom. Já se hospedamos 2 vezes lá e com certeza se voltarmos para o Rio já sabemos onde vamos se hospedar de novo. Agora localidade muito bem centralizada, 3 quadras do mar,( praia de Ipanema ) algumas quadras da lagoa, proximo da estação de metrô, e próximo ao Leblon. Se você quiser ficar bem localizado, próximo do mar, se sentir em casa e com um preço acessível este é o estabelecimento.

Segurança, conforto e ótimo localização
Pousada muito bem localizada, próxima à praia, supermercado, metrô e muitas lojas. Também está em um bairro bem seguro. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, nada apertado e ainda com estantes e móveis para a acomodação da bagagem, de lanches e pertences; banheiro também é de tamanho bom, com chuveiro bem gostoso. O atendimento do pessoal é excelente. A gente se sente em casa! Parabéns à equipe toda e um agradecimento especial à Dona Margarida, que nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem!

Além da excelente localização, num dos melhores pontos de Ipanema, a pousada é muito agradável. Pra quem não gosta de formalidades dos grandes hotéis, na pousada Margarida o hóspede se sente em casa. Apesar dos serviços de hotelaria, você se sente como se estivesse na casa de uma familiar. Dona Margarida, proprietária da pousada, é uma senhora portuguesa que vai lhe fazer lembrar da sua avó. Achei excelente, indico, e com certeza irei voltar.

Excelente ubicación y confortable
Fue muy buena experiencia hospedarnos en la posada! Para destacar, la amabilidad de las chicas del desayuno y la localización excepcional en el corazón de Ipanema. Como puntos más débiles, se sube por escaleras y para personas con problemas de movilidad o mucho equipaje puede ser complicado. También el aire acondicionado de la habitación no arrojaba aire frío sino a temp. Ambiente.. Y se tornaba un poco caluroso para dormir. El sector del desayuno también es bastante pequeño pero hay bastantes opciones. En resumen volveria y lo recomiendo principalmente por la excelente ubicación.

hotel agradável, atendimento ruim
O hotel é bom e bem localizado. Contudo, tivemos uma infeliz experiência de sermos desrespeitados e ofendidos pelo simples fato de pedirmos para que a roupa de cama e as toalhas fossem trocadas. Acidentalmente, sujamos o lençol com suco e pedimos à dona do hotel para que fosse trocado a roupa de cama e, infelizmente, a dona do hotel se sentiu ofendida por ter pré-julgado que achamos o hotel sem higiene e com roupas de cama sujo. Mas na verdade, fizemos o pedido para trocar a roupa de cama somente pelo fato de a termos sujado acidentalmente o lençol. Tal fato gerou um desconforto durante o resto da nossa estadia, pois a dona do hotel pessoalmente se indispôs e discutiu conosco pelo fato ocorrido sem pedir maiores explicações. A falta de profissionalismo foi o ponto negativo da nossa estadia no hotel. Não retornarei ao hotel e nem recomendo a outras pessoas.

Todos os funcionários, inclusive a proprietária, prestaram ótimo atendimento. Hotel com ótima localização. Limpeza e qualidade do serviço prestado são apreciáveis. Apenas senti falta de saboneteiras no banheiro. Pretendo voltar ao RJ e hospedar-me no mesmo local.

Budget stay in Ipanema
The pousada is very well located, two blocks from posto 10 and near many good Ipanema restaurants (try Via Sete around the corner if you get the chance). We had the room on the top floor next to the kitchen that was very spacious - it got a bit noisy in the morning when breakfast was prepared but nothing that bothered us much. All staff is very helpful, we arrived late and then kindly told us to help ourselves to fruit from the kitchen and there is free water available. They also arranged a taxi for us back to Galeo at a very good price. Would definitely chose it for a value-for-money option in Ipanema.
