"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were amazing especially from the Master Suite on the third floor. The property had everything you need for a family beach vacation. Our grandkids loved sleeping in the cubbies and there was plenty of room for everyone. The BBQ was in good shape and so was the kitchen appliances and dishes. The parking was easy and convenient as well. We also appreciated the local bottle of red wine."

"My recent stay at this vacation rental presented a mixed bag of experiences that ranged from the excellent to the disappointing. On the positive side, the location of the rental couldn’t be more ideal. It offered convenient parking options, which is a significant plus for travelers coming by car. Moreover, its proximity to the beach was simply superb, allowing for easy access to seaside activities and the soothing sound of waves at night.However, the experience began to falter when it came to basic amenities and the overall state of the rental. We were provided with a mere three rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay, which was insufficient for our needs. Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with only two hand towels for the entire week, which felt inadequate for daily kitchen activities. The rental was dotted with no-smoking signs, which, while understandable, contributed to a less welcoming atmosphere.A significant letdown was the state of the furnishings, which appeared to have not been updated in around 40 years. This gave the interior an outdated feel that detracted from the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal of the place.While the location and certain conveniences were highlights of our stay, the lack of basic amenities and the dated furnishings were disappointing. It's clear that the rental could benefit greatly from some updates and improvements. As it stands, I find it difficult to recommend this property. For future guests, this place could be a gem with its st"
