We where 14 , ask for 3 bedrooms apartments and they gave us 2 bedrooms apartments and Put the third bed witout pillow covers nor sheets . We ask several times for them and finally at midnight we managed ourselfs to cover the pillows and the maitress with our clothes … Total Disaster

The hotel staff were very professional and most of them spoke english. The food was good but breakfast was the same few foods every morning, just moved around. The location is excellent. I think they oversell the gym on their website. Overall an excellent experience, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Rio Grande

A decepção se transformou em uma agradável surpres
Eu reservei o hotel situado na rua Aquidaban. Cheguei lá disseram que o hotel estava lotado e que eu fosse para o hotel da mesma rede, situado na Gen. Neto. Não gostei. Atendimento péssimo. Todavia o o hotel da rua Gen. Neto é lindo, bem localizado e com funcionários excelentes . O café da manhã era ótimo . Atendimento nota dez.
