Was sent to the wrong room
Days before I arrived, the host emailed me and asked if I minded switching rooms because current occupants wanted to extend their stay. I said okay. When I arrived, nothing was ready and I tried to communicate to the onsite staff that I was supposed to be in the upstairs unit. After waiting an hour I was led to a room that was not clean. I spent the first night without towels or toilet paper. Finally the next afternoon, I got the keys to the proper room. I asked for a refund for the 1st night, the host replied that he would "take care of it" when he got back in town. I never heard back from him
