The house is located 100m from the quiet beach of Nisporto and enjoys a splendid view both on the sea and on the mountains behind it.

The house has great open spaces: a garden that runs all around the house and a terrace in front of the kitchen and one on the roof from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Private parking.

Inside, it is composed as follows:
- 2 large double bedrooms
- a large kitchen / living room with a sofa bed
- 2 terraces, including a solarium on the roof
- a garden that runs all around the house

It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

You will also find all the amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, modern kitchen, barbeque, TV and stereo. The apartment is cool, there is no need for air conditioning.

The area is calm and relaxing. At 50 meters there is a grocery / bazaar for daily purchases.

The house is at 100mt from the beautiful beach of `Nisporto 'and you will be delighted by the sea and the hills at the same time.

The house is independent, fully encircled by private garden, with one terrace where to eat and another one on the roof. Private parking space is available.

- a large kitchen with a sofa / bed for a possible 5th guest
- two terraces where to eat
- garden all around the house, with barbeque

Das Haus ist absolut top. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort, in dem es nur einen kleinen Laden sowie einen Campingplatz mit Pizzeria gibt. Sofern man keinen Tourismus möchte, ist man genau richtig. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet. Es sind genügend Stühle und Liegen für den Außenbereich vorhanden. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem und groß genug. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter absolut zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight für ein Frühstück mit Meerblick oder einen schönen Sonnenuntergang. Auch unser Hund hat sich total wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Leider ist die ärztliche Versorgung auf der Insel sehr eingeschränkt, da es nur ein Krankenhaus gibt, das sehr überfüllt ist. Rundum ist es ein sehr schöner Platz um seinen Urlaub vollstens zu genießen. Vielen Dank an den tollen Gastgeber Cesare!!!!!!!!!!
