This is not a four star property!!! When I walked in the lobby I wanted to run, the front window was broken, old worn furniture, no ambience whatsoever. The room we were given was not like the photos on the website when I asked I was just dismissed and told it was the right room. They gave us one bottle of water for 5 days and charged you to make a coffee in the room! The breakfast is just ok, the lady making the cappuccino was lovely. The rest of the staff were not that helpful. The air conditioning was bearly keeping up in the room and the halls and lobby were hot. It was clean and in a great location, walkable to everything. I would never spend the money to stay here.

Very close to the metro and attractions such as the Spanish steps, it was very easy to get around Rome and the location was very convenient, the staff was very helpful

Stayed at this boutique hotel during my birthday trip to Rome. The location is superb! Right in the middle of everything, yet the room on the 5th floor was quiet and no outside noise from the street was bothering me either during the day or at night.
Special thanks to Piero, the breakfast manager, who made a mini birthday cake for me with a candle, which was a pleasant surprise and made my day very special!
Louise, a lovely lady at the reception who was able to help book some good restaurants nearby.
