We couldn't key in the door unlock code, so we had to wait for the host to call back, and explain where the key was hidden. The 2 kayaks were nice, but we could only find one paddle. "First off, the listing is not accurate - it states "5 bedrooms", it's 3 bedrooms, a sunroom and a loft. As well two bed pictures in the listing were not in the space we rented - this should be fixed. One of the "queen beds" was actually two box springs and a 2 inch foam piece - not even remotely useable. The kitchen is well equipped, but when we got there 2 of the 3 pot lights over the sink as well as the light over the stove was out-we replaced what we could. The space is large for sure, but...

"Our family really enjoyed our little getaway and the cottage was perfect for us. It was secluded, quiet, and clean. It had a rustic feel outside, and a newer updated feel inside. The cottage was supplied with a lot of little things that you might not think to bring, but were readily available for use."

"Remote and quiet. Great for getting away from everything. The beach was 5 minutes away, and we had it to ourselves. The outdoor space was well thought out, and the bunkie was a nice hang out space, even if you don't need it for sleeping space. Only downside, and nothing the owners can control, is sulfur well water. The owners provide a filter, which helps, but consider bringing some drinking water. "

"The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. About a 10 minute walk from the beach, we can watch the sun go down. There is a large kitchen with a gas stove and industrial fan hood a dishwasher would be a nice touch. Best part of renting this hole in is the bar area where you can hang out and talk and it’s almost like you are hanging out at a bar for the weekend. Great stay awesome for large groups would return. "
