I got a 2 bed suite which was lovely. Very clean but no kleenex. The parking lot wasn't good...potholes were bad. No elevator...if you have trouble with stairs, probably not for you. My keycard stopped working after 1 night and had to get it re-keyed which was very inconvenient. Overall, they were friendly and place was acceptable.

Older chain motel now privately owned - very clean; walk-in large shower was enjoyable. Comfortable room chair in addition to desk chair. Highly recommend Las Trancas restaurant just down the street.

This small family run hotel is an excellent place to stay in the Ripley/point pleasant/Charleston area. Our suite was big, clean, and comfy. The extra blanket and pillow was a nice touch. It was great to have a full size frig, sink, utensils in the drawers. The area was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with a heated fan. The staff were excellent, and maid service was wonderful(done daily!)

Outside appearance deceiving
When pulled up, honestly thought had been catfished by hotels.com. Very unassuming exterior in industrial area. Our room was fantastic & quite spacious and quiet. One teenager got a bed, the other got the couch in the separate living room and they both were happy. Overall a very nice little hotel - would stay again if in the area.

Great stay with fast easy check in and out
We checked in late after 11 PM and were met by the sweetest lady. She had just finished mopping the entire hallway floor. The hotel was clean and well stocked for all your room travel needs. Hot water in the shower and pillows with an extra blanket in the closet.

The only 2 problems we had was first the bed was very hard .. ( if you like a hard mattress then this is the place ) .. the second was no fault of there own . There was a very strong chlorine smell outside coming from somewhere ( didn’t smell it inside ) but made it uncomfortable to sit outside . We only stayed 1 night so the day we arrived and the day we left , you can smell it no matter what time .. outside that .. very clean and the staff very friendly

The hotel is very clean. Check in was very fast. The room is very clean , good working AC. Bathroom was modern with lots of hot water and plenty clean new towels. I wish they have a comforter with white duvet cover. I will recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Our best hotel stay yet!
Family own and operated, and it looks and feel like home extremely clean with people running it that make you feel like family. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip or for just a getaway.

Wished l was staying a week in this room!
This room was EXCEPTIONAL! Nice and large, clean, with a large shower and mountain view from the main room and bedroom! Plenty of hot water too. Fireplace was cool, but not usuable as it was May and was only usuable in the winter months. AC worked well, as did the TVs and hairdryer. Also, the freezer worked great as my freezer packs were frozen harder than usual.
