"Very good place in Manchester. Staff were very kind and smiley all the time, congrats for that! Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Food is good and my kids loved the breakfast buffet. The only issue was the noisy heating system. We got used to it after a couple of days, maybe it’s just that our room was next to the engine. Anyway we enjoyed our stay."

"Very happy from start to finished. Had everything you need very well thought out. Would definitely recommend, would definitely stay again. Brilliant location our only downfall of the whole stay was the view from our room was the side of building. Great sliding blinds to close and block this view also blackout which was another bonus. "

"Hotel was easy-ish to find, needed google maps as its entrance is really just the name on the door, no big entrance like most, on arrival i got a glass of prosecco and a quick professional check in from the young lady behind the desk. The room was a balcony room, it was clean but the lighting was a little less than im used to, big chandalier on a dimmer and two small lamps , my only complaints were that there were no complimentary bottles of water, there were some in the mini bar at £2.50...
