"A very relaxing and pleasant experience. Very clean and the staff took the time to tour around the property and explaining all of the numerous amenities they offered. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, sauna/steam rooms and a full gym. Parking is a little difficult if they are busy but the parking is well lit with motion lights and covered. "The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying."

"We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."
