It’s not fancy, but a safe, quiet neighborhood at a great price with the conveniences of home & room to spread out items we pulled out of storage to sift through before heading to the dorms. & since we’re from CA, I noticed the storm tornado shelter…wasn’t necessarily the season, but I liked that it was present. LOL! I’d stay here again, given the location & price. "
