"Everyone was so nice, Hospitality was amazing, my room was so cold and the heat didn’t work in my room so they move me and my babies to a different room, and give them snacks. My babies love it here I will definitely be back. Check in was easy as well "

"Every year my cousin's fly from Atlanta, we get together and celebrate our anniversaries. Theirs is on the 20th ours is on the 21st. This year we chose philadelphia. We chose the Sheraton hotel near the airport. We were so pleased with the location. We were so pleased with the hotel. We had a nice roomy rooms. The bed was so comfortable as well as a pillows. The girls at the front desk Lorraine and Leticia were very professional. They got us checked in and they made sure we had everything we needed. They took care of the situation with our parking and made sure we knew how to scan in and scan out. We were so happy with choosing the Sheraton and we would definitely stay there again. Even Pamela and Tony in the eatery area were very polite and helpful. We could not have asked for a better hotel. Thumbs up to the sheraton. And the next time we decide to come to Philly we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton."

"I recently stayed at the Canopy by Hilton in Philadelphia Center City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Sometimes when you book through a third party site, you don't always receive the best experience. But I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and level of care, as I received a text check-in to ensure I was satisfied and to offer any assistance I might need during my stay. The only downside was that I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms through the vents, but it didn’t significantly affect my overall comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and exceptional hospitality!"

"Such a beautiful hotel with so many amenities. Room service breakfast was fabulous. Love the designer toiletries and the bath. Down comforter, fluffy robes and mini bar make this stay so luxurious. Check in process does take a while because staff seem to be trained to go over all the amenities in detail and there are so many. Everyone was so helpful and friendly."

"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "
