Very friendly staff. Patty was exceptionally great. We will look for her on our next stay. We stayed for my husbands birthday and we were very happy with our choice. We met very nice people. The pool was excellent and the drinks were great as well.

The room I booked "Two Bedroom Ocean Front" Room and when I went to check in they gave me "2 Bed Room Ocean View." The price is lot different. When I showed them the booking from Expedia they found the mistake but they didn't have any 2 bedroom ocean front available. The property manager and front desk people were excellent and tried to help me with the mistake. They asked me to come to front desk next day so that they can move us to a new room. The manager moved us to 3 bedroom ocean front room and gave extra resort credit to compensate. I really appreciate all the people at the property to help. However, I had to waste almost a whole day going back and fort in the front desk and changing room. I lost the whole day of vacation.
