Very good staff and accommodations

The beach was excellent.

Wonderful stay. Weather wasn’t great, but the staff and facilities were top notch. Would definitely visit again!

Do not take the shuttle to your destination. We waited with 15 other couples over 3 hours to get a shuttle. Needless to say almost 1/2 of our day was a waisted between waiting on a shuttle and waiting for everyone else to get dropped off. Place is nice, food is good and the staff was nice. Did not receive the VIP benefits that we paid for.

The staff was very nice and hardworking. They are very kind, helpful. They were genuinely concerned for our safety and coordinated with transportation. Leticia Laura the concierge was very helpful in setting up our tours and making our stay comfortable. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet was nice. Mainly Mexican, American, Asian cuisines. I wish there was more variety and the menus were limited. Our room was very nice and spacious. We had access to the other resort Royal Sands, which has bigger pools and the beach at Royal Sands was prettier. The only annoying thing was the timeshare presentation for 1 and 1/2 hour, but we got through it and got 2 free tours one to Chichén Itzá and a taco tour where we ate unlimited tacos for an hour. If you say no and are willing to sit through the presentation and handle high pressure sales tactics, then it might be worth it.
