"Everyone here was wonderful!!! The nice lady at check-in made us feel welcome. They were all just great and very helpful. Such nice and kind professionals here. They assisted me in sending an overnight package to Rome and went out of their way to help me. We were very pleased with everything here and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers. Their prices were reasonable as well. This was a great location and will be the only place I stay when I am back in Turin. FIVE STARS TO THIS HOTEL!!! BRAVO!!! "

"We booked a room for our stay. After a few hours we started to hear a dog barking and persons shouting next door. We were very kindly put in a superior room on the 5th floor by a patient and kind operative called Martha."

"The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region. "
