"Terrible customer service, when complaining we were made to think we were in the wrong. They didn’t clean our room once after asking/calling multiple times daily! The wifi is terrible/non existent. You almost gave my friend food poisoning from raw chicken! Nothing is good about this hotel, it stinks of smoke (even in the non smoking rooms). Will never come back, stay away from this place!"
