"Francesca is a delightful hostess. We walked from the station up to her place, but she felt bad when she found out. Apparently it is her practice to pick up and drop off guests at the station, which is very sweet. Just message her on WhatsApp for that. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service.
