"The property does have a slight slant on the first floor which can be fun after a few adult beverages. The house was clean and provided all the things i needed. The host communicated the door number the morning off as promised. The only complaint i would have is the pool table is too big for that room and the dart board is missing the darts. I would rent this house again next time I'm in Roanoke. "

"Peter was so amazing throughout the booking process and stay! He was very accommodating and communicated with us in a timely manner. He house was so cozy, we felt like home despite all the wedding madness that went on. The land is just as beautiful as inside the house and my only regret is not booking our stay longer. "This location was perfect for a family visit to my sister. It was within blocks of her house. The unit was perfect for my mom and two kids. The TVs are actually WAY bigger than what is listed. The staircase is a little daunting for anyone with a fear of heights, but we didn't mind. Off street parking was a DREAM in this area. Will definitely return for future family trips!"

"This property is in a beautiful area with stores, restaurants and walking trails only a couple minutes away. It is obvious from the lovely decor that Evelyn wants her guests to feel at home. "Convenient location. Adequate place to stay but could use some TLC. Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions."

"This place was located in a great spot if you want to explore downtown Roanoke by foot or a cheap Uber. It’s a 20 minute drive to some awesome hikes, golfing, a mall, and the Dixie caverns.
