"Everything was great! Very close to Dollywood, but had a remote feel to it. We loved the Fire Pit and the Hot Tub and the kids really enjoyed the video arcade with other games like Foos ball and checkers. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we had 3 bathrooms. Awesome, we will be back again. Very clean up to date! Loved it!"

"We had a group of 6 get together to spend a weekend watching movies and football. The theater room was the perfect spot to do this. There are 10 recliners sitting on 2 levels and facing a big TV on the wall. It doesn’t get much better than that in terms of relaxation. "Many positives but one big negative. Unfortunately there was a wet/mildew smell the entire week we were there. We reported it but the manager had no response. Despite the smell the place had many positives. It’s was clean, good location, plenty of room, lots of updates, and nice and quiet."

"The only reason I'm giving this place a less than perfect review is because there were dirty. I mentioned them to the owner, who assured me that it would be resolved for future guests. This house is great, on a beautiful property! We really enjoyed the outdoor pavilion and swimming in the river. It's about a half hour to Cades Cove, where we saw a few bears! I definitely recommend this spot. "
