"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"La parada del tranvía12 o 13 está cerca y llega al Duomo pasando por Castell sforcezi por lo que está genial. Zona tranquila con cafeterías cercanas y barrio muy tranquilo. Apartamentos tranquilos nada ruidoso… faltaría un poco de calefacción porque no funcionaba la calefacción central del edificio, supongo que debido a las fechas aún no estaría en marcha. "

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

"Lady took us down to show us how to turn on electricity as it was a construction zone. Do not stay here. We tried to get our money back as it was nothing like advertised and she wouldn't even consider it. We have video of open construction areas as you walk a few floors down. There were bars on the window as you turned down the hallway to go to your room. Not impressed and couldn't leave quick enough."
