"Lovely property, larger than it looks online. All equipment you could need for a week, with easy check in to gets keys. Very clean and tidy and in a great location Short walk from bus and traim station. Also a couple of restaurants, chemist, Netto, Aldi. About 15-20 min walk to centre or short bus ride. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Ill definitely be staying again"

"Wir konnten den Urlaub nicht antreten, da der Vermieter uns mit unserem Hund den Zugang zur Wohnung nicht gestattet hat, obwohl im Inserat damit geworben wurde, daß Haustiere erlaubt und willkommen sind. Ein Zwinger wurde als zusätzliches Ausstattungsmerkmal angegeben. Nirgendwo war ersichtlich, das es sich hierbei um den ausschließlichen Aufenthaltort des Hundes handeln soll, das abgesehen davon völlig inakzeptabel ist. Eine Stornierung 14 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt über das FeWo Portal war nicht...

"Für unser Wochende in Altenburg punktete die Unterkunft mit der Großzügigkeit einer großen Altbauwohnung und mit einer super Lage direkt am Schloss und in kurzer Fußweg-Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Wer es nicht hören mag, wie die Kirchturmuhr jede Viertelstunde läutet (auch nachts), muss/kann bei geschlossenen Fenstern (gut) schlafen. Wir waren sehr erleichtert, dass unsere Buchung trotz akuter Kommunikationsprobleme zwischen Vermieterin und FeWo-direkt funktioniert hat!"

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
