"Beautiful natural environment with lovely pools, bamboo, thatch, and wood. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Dining speed/efficiency and actual options vs. menu were disappointed. Need better kitchen staff/chef and better trained wait staff more in line with a lodge of this caliber and cost."

"The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE."
