Interesting place. Ordered take away in a restaurant shop in town. Took a long time to get it prepared but also could not supply us with (at least plastics) cutleries. Amazing.

"Beautiful old world hotel. Love the fireplaces and the knick knacks around the hotel. Needs a lot of maintenance. Our toilet door wouldn't close. One of the cold taps wouldn't turn on and the two hot taps wouldn't turn off! Heating in room also didn't work."

Lovely town. Nice to go somewhere that makes you feel that you are out of the hustle and bustle of the city , yet the town is located not too far away out of city.

We went to Bowral, had high tea at Dirty Jane’s (must book beforehand). We went to Tertini Winery - amazing wine, free cheese platter, lovely staff.
