"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleinen, aber feinen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung bei Judith und Piero, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit begleitet haben. Mit der Lage auf dem Hügel, der Terrasse und dem kleinen Balkon hat man fast einen 360 Grad Blick - vom Meer bis zu den sibillinischen Bergen. Wir finden diesen Ort ideal für Menschen, die Wert auf Ruhe und schöne Umgebung legen. Sowohl das Meer, als auch die Berge können mit dem Auto schnell erreicht...

"Die Hausübergabe erfolgte zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Zum Objekt gehört ein großer Garten mit Umzäunung. Trotzdem erfolgte regelmäßig Besuch unbekannter Hunde im Garten. Das Haus war in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Ausstattung für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern in Ordnung. In dem Haus fühlten wir uns wohl. Leider entsprach der Pool nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Übernahme war das Wasser milchig. Der Boden war bei nur mäßiger Tiefe nicht erkennbar. Durch den Vermieter...

Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. "We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."

"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

Good location.

"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. We liked this place. Parking was outside the piazza (about 10 minutes walk) but secure, spacious and easy access (with lift) to the square."

Pleasant 2-night stay in Ascoli Piceno.

"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower. The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. Breakfast was good and the service was pleasant. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We did not use any of the spa facilities. "
