Comfortable stay within walking distance to Mayo main campus
The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out, but it also felt cozy. My 19-year-old daughter was being seen at Mayo over the course of several days, and it was easy and quick to walk back and forth. We shared the king bed. The other sleeping space was a futon in the office area/second bedroom. Just something to know if you are going to be traveling with additional people. For our purposes, the place was absolutely perfect.

Great Stay!
The location is within walking distance of everything. The unit is really nice, a great re-use of an historic building. Pet friendly was a nig plus! Price was right. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for space near downtown Rochester.

We loved it! I travelled all week to the Mayo Clinic in various buildings and the nearby access to the street, skyline, and subway made everything so convenient. The Vault was roomy and provided everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The history of the Old City Hall was super cool!
