Enjoyable, welcoming and convenient, you will have a pleasant stay here. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood, within walking distance to Silver Lake and Quarry Hill Parks, guests of all ages will have easy access to fun and healthy outdoor recreation year round. You are just a mile and a half from downtown Rochester with great food, shopping, music, theatre and a great deal more. When you’re staying inside, the house is loaded with family games. The lower level has a full-size ping pong table and a rec room with tumbling mats and toys.
The Ranch style home features roomy, first floor living with a modern kitchen, dining room and living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom all on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with staples like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and more. Each bedroom contains a desk and chair, comfort foam mattresses and at least one foam pillow. The master bedroom has a king size bed which, upon request, can be separated as two twins with head and leg raising options.
The walk-in shower has a bench seat with an optional portable tub insert. Pantene shampoo, Treseme' conditioner, Neutrogena bath gell and a blow dryer are available to ease your packing.
Off the single, attached garage is a nice three season porch leading to the private, cozy back yard.

Our family stayed their while one of us went to various appointments at the Mayo Clinic. This home was wonderful. Cozy. Excellent home for folks with mobility issues. Bedrooms on the main level, walk-in shower, king (or twin) with incline for both head and legs.

We were in town for numerous appointments at Mayo. There were very thoughtful amenities throughout the house that were provided that made our stay very welcoming and feel like home. The hosts were great to work with and I look forward to staying on our next trip back. Great location and convenient to all attractions.

Great place with lots of room
We came into town for a couples getaway. This was a great place to stay. Very clean and centrally located. This would also be a great place for a family- even a playroom for younger kids. I will definitely stay here the next time we see back.

Perfect in every way
This was a great house! Very comfortable and roomy with wonderful antiques to accent the modern vibe. Very spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. It had a very cute enclosed patio that would be perfect for late evenings, and would you believe a carpeted garage? Who does that anymore? The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including glass pans for baking. The coffee bar was an extra treat and even fresh flowers on the table! The furniture was comfortable, and it just felt very homey. Place is very clean and had beautiful hardwood floors throughout with lots of beautiful rugs also throughout. I don't know if this was a renovation or if this is the way it was, but it sure is well done. Great location which wasn't too far from Mayo clinic, the hospital, and just all of the shopping areas, restaurants, etc. wwonderful amenities in Rochester. Thank you and we will definitely keep you in mind our next trip to Rochester.

“Beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, spacious, and comfortable, close to everything, just as described. The master bedroom has a king-size bed that can recline. The house is a 5-minute drive from the Mayo Clinic and a 30-minute walk. It’s also a 10-minute drive from St. Mary’s Hospital. Lovely surroundings with beautiful parks. Colette, the host, is super attentive, kind, and always ready to help if you need anything extra. It truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it.”

This is a great place to stay when you need a private space instead of a busy hotel and to relax, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood 3 minutes from downtown. It was stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals in the full sized kitchen. The WIFI worked great and the bedrooms were clean and inviting. There are nice walking paths nearby along spring lake and large park to bring the kids next to the pool. Plenty of space in the driveway for our vehicle.

Wonderful stay, wonderful host!
We loved our stay! At first walking in, you can tell the host has you in mind. The home is inviting, clean, and comfortable with simple instructions on using various things. There was an adjustable bed which was great as I just had surgery and needed to elevate my head. We messaged the host a few times during our stay and quickly received friendly and helpful responses. One time we just asked if there were any batteries to replace dead ones in a controller and she replied saying not at the time (but would keep some there going forward) and brought some over for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property just we needed for our trip to Mayo. Short drive to Clinic. King size bed was very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Love all the antique furniture. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Home away from Home
It was a great weekend!! We went to Rochester for my daughter's Dance Competition. We had to be there for 3-4 days and hotels were just too expensive. The house was great. It was like going to stay at grandma's house with a few modern updates. Check in was extremely easy with no issues. We saved a ton of money from not getting a hotel and saved on going out to eat because we just bought groceries and cooked there. It was in a cute labor very close to the civic center he. Also loved all of the board games, ping pong table, and the four season porch. We definitely will be renting this place again. It was an amazing experience for my first time using VRBO!

Comfortable home in a great location
This home was great! The hostess was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Incredibly clean and well taken care of. Very easy to get to downtown. Nearby parks and trails easily accessible. This home features a lot of space. Quiet neighborhood. Great home for a family with plenty of space to enjoy indoors when the weather is inclement. Would highly recommend!

Great Getaway
Stayed here for our anniversary getaway. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals but this is the first where the ad really didn't do the property justice. Everything the owner said it was and then some. Much more spacious than the pics made it appear and very nice and thoughtful amenities. Loved the mix of new and antique furniture throughout the house. You can't go wrong staying here, as we again too!
