Welcome to a cozy and well-equipped retreat, located in a beautifully converted old school building from 39 years ago. This charming condo offers three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, another with a queen, and the third with a twin bed. The two-story layout includes two bedrooms on the main floor and a third bedroom on the lower level, which also features a game room. The lower level is a partially finished basement.

In the living room closet, you’ll find a foldaway bed. Air mattresses and extra blankets are located in the individual rooms, providing flexibility for additional guests.

While the bedrooms offer peaceful sanctuaries without TVs, the living room is the ultimate entertainment hub. With plenty of seating, you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on our impressive 75-inch TV. We provide complimentary access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, YouTube, and more.

Amazing place to stay, especially with kids
We came to Rochester to visit The Strong- National Museum of play, and this was the MOST perfect apartment rental to stay In for the weekend. The game room downstairs and playground on premise is gold for a family’s traveling with kids! We actually play on making it a new annual family tradition to visit The Strong and hopefully stay at this great place!

Such a unique stay
We were all excited to see our place to stay. The pictures online just begin to impress. It was a very unique location and renovated very nicely. The location was perfect for our quick visit. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax. We could have used another bed. That’s on me as I thought we would be ok with the air mattress but it had a slow leak. We were only there one night so it was fine. The host was very helpful with my many questions. We all thought the decor was very nice and the game room was perfect for relaxing. We would stay here again.

Really cool space
This is a former school building converted into condos, so there are residents here and of course this setup wouldn't be for everyone. But the location was great for us - in between Lake Ontario and downtown Rochester, not far from family we were visiting. And the condo itself was clean and easy to get in and out of. We found it easier than options we looked at in town / Rochester. It is as pictured. One bedroom is in the 'basement' area next to the game, laundry room, and bath. Other 2 bedrooms upstairs along with spacious living area, kitchen and dining area. We had to do some work while we were there and it was easy to spread out for that. The owner was very communicative and offered info on things to do in the area. There is a small playground on site, easy parking, quiet. Generally residential but close by many amenities.

The property was very nice. The children enjoyed the play room. It is centrally located to visit Rochester or Lake Ontario which was amazing. I have one suggestion to make the stay more comfortable. Consider putting in another air conditioning unit at the back of the house. That would make sleeping more. Comfortable. All in all It worked well for us.

Had amazing time!!! Loved the game room. My family got together to go to the Strong Museum and this was the perfect getaway. My children ,are in their 30"s, and my 9 year old grandson wanted me to buy the orange living room furniture for them LOL . This condo has a great HOME feel , perfect amount of room for 5 adults to be together , but space to albe be alone.
