Heat wasn’t working. Got back to the hotel about 11:00pm after a long day of work. 62 degrees in the room. Tried many times to reset the thermostat with no luck. I called the front desk, and the woman was very empathetic and nice. She said she would call back. I called back and said they would comp the room and bring more blankets. 20 degrees outside with 40-50 mph winds. Later, after we were in bed, she called and said because we booked through Expedia, they wouldn’t allow a refund.
