In room 402, the King bed's mattress was pretty worn out and they didn't even put a mattress pad on it, just a sheet directly on the mattress. It wasn't very comfortable. Everything else about the hotel has been fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 3 years. However, some of the mattresses in the rooms need to be replaced.

We had a great stay for our 1st RIT brick city weekend. We paid significantly more because everything else was sold out. But we would stay angain. Also, would have preferred a room closer to the elevator because I’m handicapped(on crutches) but I know they were full and I didn’t ask for it. Which was my fault. Breakfast is basic but well stocked.

The front office staff is very rude and at all helpful to the guests They act as though they don’t understand what we are asking I called the front desk to provide more towels and they said the cleaning staff will provide at the time of cleaning This is not the type of service expected when as a customer we are paying so much for the room

While not as friendly as usual (possibly because there was a large, messy, noisy group of teenage hockey players staying at the hotel) the staff ultimately did try to be accommodating.

Stayed overnight and was a good experience. We would have preferred top floor as I’m a light sleeper, however, the hotel was full. The folks above us weren’t overly noisy but floor seems to transfer noise. After 11pm though, all was quiet and sleep was good. Area is great for shopping. Hotel was clean. Breakfast options good, though there were several sports teams staying when we were there so it was difficult to get in to where food was due to “traffic jamming” of a lot of hungry kids. This isn’t a reflection of hotel just our experience. The tables in the breakfast area were not quickly cleaned so we did have to clean our own table. The breakfast area had high turnaround while we were there so maybe staff just couldn’t keep up.

Spent 2 nights while we toured some colleges. Property was clean. Beds comfy. Didn’t use any amenities but pool looked clean and not crowded. Breakfast was not the best selection but it also depends what you like. Depending on the time you go it can be hectic on the weekend and the offerings were normal, make your own waffle, cereal, some grab and go, fruit, and eggs and sausage. I never saw bacon or bagels at the time i went but it was nice to have coffee easily available all day and staff was friendly. The area has plenty of walkable food options. You are right off the main strip so very convenient without being loud. I will say the decor in the rooms is a lil more dated than other hampton inns i have stayed at but thats a grander scale issue and also i am not a fan of fabric shower curtains but that was my only pet peeves, i would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Check-in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night and did not have any issues. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. We also used the pool which was on the small side but the water was warm.
