I drove 5 hrs to watch my daughters college basketball team play, Upon arrival I was never asked for any identification when being checked in, The night desk attendant was very Rude, I immediately called the front desk to advise them my toilet was constantly running and it was not addressed until after I had to leave the premises to use the bathroom, I called the corporate number and 2 hrs before check out someone responded nobody offered any compensation for this MAJOR inconvenience.

Property is very convenient to RIT and many shops and restaurants. We booked king suite with sofa bed for three people. Were given king bed, no sofa bed, no rollaway. General manager refused to address issue that night or since. Husband slept on floor like an animal because all area hotels were fully booked for parent and assistant manager offered compensation. Have stayed there before with no issues. Manager is completely unreasonable and says “we used reservation”, so he will do nothing to remedy issue. Desk clerk was in tears from his lack of response.

Room was good. Spacious for 3 adults w pull out in one room and king bed in separate room. Would be nice to have a door between the rooms. Barn style sounding door would have been ideal. The marketplace restaurant was AWFUL!! Soggy flatbread. Restaurant was out of toppings.. veggie (soggy) flatbread consisted of terrible unflavorful tomato, onion, and cheese. Bar service was okay. Slow. Put a burger on the menu! Not too difficult to mess that up, right?

There was not enough available parking. Also on checking in, there was no notification regarding having to purchase breakfast or dining tickets, and what was offered was no different than the standard fair offered for free at other hotels.

We asked for an early check-in. The desk clerk said rudely all check-ins are at 3 PM. We came back at 3 PM. The room was not ready. She said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It took more like 20. What bother us the most was the altitude, poor customer service skiils, definitely she needs some re-training.

Good location, lots of restaurants and shopping around , girl at the desk was pleasant and friendly, was clean but might be time to consider renovations as the room seemed dated . Didn’t like that breakfast was $16.00 if we wanted it ( should be free like other hotels) ,
