Nice House/Great Neighborhood/Big Dogs Allowed
Another Bonus—2 full bathrooms. Never underestimate the convenience that presents when everyone is trying to get ready in the morning. We immensely enjoyed our 5 day stay here. The house was clean and spacious. The back yard was fenced for our dog. And overall, we felt safe in this neighborhood. We come every year to the Mayo Clinic, and this home was the best place we have ever stayed.

Perfect spot
We were coming to Rochester for our annual physicals at Mayo Clinic. Location was perfect and a very easy five minute drive to Mayo. Backyard was completely secure for our three small dogs. Bed was comfortable and house had everything we needed. Becca was very helpful and responsive to questions. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Peaceful House
This is a gorgeous property with tons of space. My husband was in a wheelchair but it was easy for him to get around. The neighborhood is very quiet, and two separate neighbors walking their dogs said to let them know if we needed help with anything. Becca, the owner, was exactly as others described -- very responsive to questions and answered emails virtually immediately. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great location & service
Great location if you or a loved one has appointments or procedures at Mayo, especially at St. Mary's. The property manager (Becca) was very responsive and extremely friendly & accommodating. The house was great. It was nice to come back to a house with interesting artwork after spending days & nights at the hospital. Please be aware that there is not a television in the main room, which isn't necessarily good or bad but it's something to be aware of. It was also very nice to have a good sized, enclosed yard for our dog. Overall a great stay and I'll book again if we're in Rochester.

Great house for a family stay
I had family group in Rochester over a holiday weekend. The home was in a lovely, safe neighborhood and being able to bring the family pets was a huge bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were even able to prepare a large holiday meal for everyone. This would be a great place to stay for a quick visit or a prolonged stay in Rochester

Nice private fenced in yard
My adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house for 5 nights. It’s located in a VERY nice neighborhood. The house is surrounded by natural foliage and a fenced in yard providing much privacy. Our dog Loki absolutely loved playing around in the backyard. The patio off of the living area was covered enabling us to sit outside even during the rain and snow! We enjoyed the fireplace in the sunroom on the cold days, watching TV while sipping hot chocolate. Becca was super great and provided everything we needed. She responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our stay. It was convenient to both Mayo campuses. I would definitely stay here again!

Supportive host
I had friends from out of state here to go to Mayo. Our first booking was not clean or comfortable to stay in, so we were in a tough place. I contacted the owner of this property to ask if it could be available the same day and she graciously made that happen. It is a beautiful home with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Very nice neighborhood as well!
