You will love this house, the number of bedrooms, the AC units, but mostly you'll love the sport court! Sit and relax on the patio or play pickleball/basketball and have fun! Invite your friends and family over for a BBQ and bring out the ladder ball. Both kids and adults will have a great time at this property. Situated on 2.5 acres there is plenty of privacy and plenty of room to play!
Hunting? Four wheeling? Attending the rodeo? With ample parking this house can accommodate horse trailers and toy haulers.

Spacious Family Getaway
The pictures online doesn't do justice. The house is very spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for the perfect city escape.

Rochester Week.
Everything was great. The property is spacious with a nice view of trees and the country. The home was clean and well stocked. I’d recommend the place to family and friends.

Very clean and cute
We would stay here again. The location is perfect for the tournament we were I , and there is enough room for everyone. The kids loved playing pickleball on the sport court!
