"Great location, great property, great communication with owner. If you stay in Annapolis, you know how stressful it is finding street parking. The included parking spot in the secure garage (directly behind the rental) was a huge bonus for this property! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants, and waterfront! Residence was charming and clean! Only minor issue was we couldn’t locate the iron- just the ironing board! We still had fun but we’re just a bit wrinkled!😁"

"Enjoyed the location and proximity to the city. Water view and firepit enjoyable. Disappointed that the dock and kayaks not easily accessible. House needs some tlc (we provided a list of easy repairs/maintenance needed.) Love to know why the ceiling fans and lights go on and off randomly."

"We stayed here over the weekend and had a great time. The home is located about twenty mins from lots of great restaurants and things to do for kids! The arcade machine was a huge hit with my kids. The view of the river was amazing. We sat in the house and watched the sunset and sunrise every day. The host was also very responsive. "

The house has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, smart tvs in every room, and the beds are very comfortable. There is so much parking and the house is walking distance to everything in downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. "

"The Bennett House not only lived up to its pictures online, the cleanliness, abundance of extra special touches, communication with the host, and more surpassed our expectations. The beds were extra comfy, the kitchen, fully stocked, the bathrooms, adorned with the fluffiest white towels and extra toiletries . . . and I can't say enough about the front porch. Even though clouds cloaked the sky when we arrived and when we left, sunshine streamed through our Annapolis trip because of the Bennett...

"My husband and I stayed at the Governor Calvert House for 3 nights. We were able to book an extra night and were even able to check in earlier, with no fee, if we wanted! The staff was friendly, the Inn was ADORABLE, and we loved how accessible it was to everything. Truly felt like a Hallmark movie experience. The only negatives that we had were that there were no microwaves accessible to guests - none in the room or lobby, and no laundry facility. These are minor inconveniences, but still something to note. Overall a great stay and would stay again! "
