Large Home in a quiet Neighborhood
The home was exactly as listed. There are televisions in each bedroom and the living room as well. There was sufficient space for my entire group to gather for a meal or a board game. The home is older and is in need of basic repairs and ongoing maintenance, so be prepared for a well loved, pet friendly home. It is clear the upkeep is scheduled and the owners do a good job of staying on top of things. We would stay here again gladly.

Has potential to be nice
The property isn’t ready to be rented - towel bar in bath was broken - needs transition strips between rooms. Furniture wasn’t really comfortable. We had to buy our own toilet paper and air fresheners. We had 4 very worn bath towels to use for 4 days….The house would be great with a little TLC.

Be prepared for a muggy stay + bugs
The responsiveness of the property manager was quick to messages. The listing is false, there is no hot tub on the premises. When I first entered the house I saw a flyswatter, and yes we found two giant cockroaches in the laundry area on the last day and saw bug traps under the beds. The home is older and it looks like they diverted some of the air handling to the converted garage/laundry room leaving the bedrooms very warm and muggy. Thankfully there is a dehumidifier but it fills up twice overnight. With the lock on the thermostat it stays around 76-77degrees, with hot flashes and the outside temps almost 100 this made it quite uncomfortable.
