The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the cabin. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are private beach, pontoon boat for rent, kayaks, sand volleyball court, horseshoe yard game, pool table, fire pits, outdoor patio furniture, multiple balconies & patios, and so much more! You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and noise decibel measuring device inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Biking is popular in the area with scenic trails and paths, while ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available for convenient transportation. Walking is also a viable option for reaching nearby amenities.

Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
