"It is a Beautiful little duplex house. With 3 bedrooms and Everything you need! It has its own Kitchen and Living room, even a little Dining room. Great Location right near the beach. It is right on Folly Road so there’s a lot of traffic going by. And then it looks like it was recently painted maybe a little too thick so some of the bedroom doors are hard to close and open, but these were minor things. For the most part, we had a great stay. I would recommend it and consider staying there again...

"We enjoyed this little house! It was clean and in a great location. We walked the entire time. The mattresses were very comfortable. This house may not be great for someone with a small dog or issues with walking stairs as that is required to get in and out of the house. The only real downside is the living room furniture is not comfortable at all and only three of us could sit in the LR unless some were at the kitchen table. "

"Location of the condo is perfect. Loved the accessibility to beach. Terrace is lovely for your coffee or evening drinks. Downside would be the furniture is a bit dated and there is mold on the ceiling. Additionally, the AC has a real thud when it kicks in. Overall, this property is charming and comfortable. Huge thank you for early check in as we were reeling from hurricane Helene."

"We loved staying here! There was always plenty to do, including hiking, kayaking, and biking. The house had everything we needed to make it a great trip. The beach at the state park is about a ten minute drive. You won’t regret staying here. It’s beautiful with wildlife and scenery galore. The host is very responsive too."

"Wish more places were like this. This is true Edisto, feels like a beach house is supposed to. Takes me back to what coming to Edisto as a kid was! Not far from the beach at all, Golf cart is awesome, Bluetooth speaker in the golfcart is super fun. 100% would stay again."

"We came for a girls weekend and rented this wonderful house for me and 4 of my best friends. May I just say, the house is STUNNING. We absolutely loved the layout of the house. It has a guest house with an additional two bedrooms, but it is so close to the main house that it just feels like you are a part of the main wing of the house. The heated pool was a staple for us! It was 60 degrees outside and we were still able to swim! You could tell how much detail the cleaning staff put into each...
