Main living space: Spacious, living room with large windows. fireplace with a 70" Smart television.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee bar, toaster, serving accessories, and everything you need to cook a great family meal.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom with custom shower, and plenty of space.

Work out room with stationary bike and yoga mats.

Basement playroom: Includes a pool table, 70" Smart television, large sofa and seats. There is a 2nd kitchen downstairs as well.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to most of the house and backyard access. The house has a garage, but it is not available to guests. The master bedroom closet and a few other closets are not available to guests.

Other Things to Note:
- CHECK IN- Check in starts at 4 pm. We offer self-check in. You will receive a door code the day of check in.

- NOISE LEVELS - Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

- NO PARTIES AND NO DRUGS - This goes without saying for most guests, but we have to mention it. You agree that no parties or events, no illegal activity, no carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or inappropriate anti-social behavior will take place during your stay. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, or if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs onsite, the authorities will be notified, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

- PARKING - Please park your vehicle in the roundabout. There is also street parking in front of the house. No parking in the street. No large commercial vehicles.

- EXTRA GUESTS - The Home you are booking is for 10 persons. Extra guests up to 16 persons are welcome for $25 per night per guest. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

- CLEANLINESS - The house will be very clean on your arrival, you agree to leave it neat and free of trash on your departure; for if a greater cleaning service is required, then guest agrees to pay any extra cleaning fees we are charged. No mud or chemicals inside the house or in sinks, shower & washing machine.

- PETS - No pets are allowed.

- NO SMOKING -There shall be no smoking or vaping inside the home or in the deck areas. Please dispose cigarette butts safety. (Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.)
