Villa Maeva is a charming, fully air-conditioned Dalmatian style house, close to the sea (2 min by car) and with a breathtaking panoramic view of it.
The decor is light, welcoming and "cozy", as if the happy owner had just left, leaving you the keys. The terraces are cleverly arranged so as to make the most of the mild morning and evening sun, some are shaded for the hours of heat, all offer a splendid view of the sea and the Adriatic coast.
The villa is closed by an electric gate. Outdoor parking for 2 cars is available.
The Villa has three large adult bedrooms with double beds, and an alcove with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The beds are of high quality.
Two bathrooms with walk-in showers serve the entire floor.
The accommodation capacity is therefore eight people.
Particular attention was paid to the construction of the villa, each detail having to be an element of decoration, in order to ensure the occupants visual comfort.
It is oriented so as to leave the maximum of intimacy compared to the neighboring villas.
On the ground floor, the fitted kitchen, the living room and the dining room have two adjacent terraces, one facing west ideal for an aperitif and the setting sun, the other spacious, facing south, covered with a wooden pergola by the pool equipped with an outdoor shower, garden and barbecue, always in the presence of this fascinating sea panorama.
There are the three bedrooms and the alcove with the bunk beds on the upper floor, including a suite with a QueenSize bed and its bathroom. The other rooms with 1.60-meter mattresses and box springs have been selected to offer a firm and comfortable bed. Each room, with always different decoration, opens its window towards the sea posed like a tray on the horizon.
There is also an outdoor car park that can accommodate several cars.
The entire property is secured by an automatic barrier.

Located 2 steps from Primosten, 35 km from Split Airport, 20 minutes from Trogir which is the medieval neighbor of Split, jewel of the Republic of Venice, hanging in Dubrovnik, the two cities classified as World Heritage by the humanity by UNESCO.
The central location of the villa makes it easy to reach the northern part, towards Sibenik, Zadar, the Kornati Islands, but also to go south to the pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik. Split, a 45-minute drive away, is the second largest city in Croatia, offering all the necessary infrastructure, hospitals, supermarkets, combined with a historical and architectural wealth that make the city center a pleasure for the eyes and the palate.
A 20-minute walk you can take advantage of all the amenities offered by supermarkets.
