This hotel is perfect if you are in this area. But what was so special is what the hotel director did for me. I had a case with my motorcycle, I lost my license plate, and ask if he can help me, he immediately make me a new plate, and put on my bike. I drove all the way home with this. I can’t thank him enough. What a man.

Der Herr am Empfang war sehr nett, aber es wurde uns das Treppenhaus gezeigt und als wir unser Gepäck in den 2 Stock geschleppt hatten, fanden wir ein 2 Treppenhaus, wo es ein Fahrstuhl gibt. Warum gibt man nicht mal einen Hinweis? Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es war eisig kalt. Wir machten gleich die Heizung an, aber diese wurde nur lauwarm. Wir wollten dann unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz laden. Unsere App zeigt nach 4 Std. eine Blockierungsgebühr (10 Cent die Minute, ,max. 12 €) an. Als ich nachfragte, ob das auch für Hotelgäste gilt, hieß es von der Chefin, sie hat noch nie was davon gehört, es sind Säulen der Stadt, die nur auf ihrem Grundstück stehen, und es hat sich auch noch nie jemand beschwert. Außerdem müsste ich ja auch an der Tankstelle den Sprit bezahlen. Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären, dass es nur um die Blockierungsgebühr geht. Sie meinte ich würde da ja auch parken. Der Hotelparkplatz ist aber kostenfrei. Da wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass wir, wie in anderen Hotels üblich, das Auto über Nacht aufladen können und nicht wenn es nach 6 Std. voll ist, mitten in der Nacht umparken zu müssen, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen vorher zu laden oder sich ein anderes Hotel zu suchen um versteckte Kosten zu verhindern.

Wir haben im Hotel zur Post für eine Nacht zu fünft in einem Zimmer geschlafen. Das Zimmer war riesig, cool geschnitten und die Betten waren sehr bequem (auch das Zustellbett). Ein kleines Manko gab es, über die Lüftungsanlage im Bad hat es irgendwie nach Rauch gerochen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut und kostenfrei. Auch das Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Zum Abendessen hatten wir einen Tisch für unsere Truppe von 11 Personen reserviert. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert, wir hatten ein tollen Tisch, der Service und das Essen waren spitze (1 ). Das Frühstück war ebenfalls spitze, es war zwar viel los, aber die sehr umfangreiche Auswahl wurde immer wieder ganz schnell aufgefüllt. Das Check-Out lief schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder und geben gerne ein ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!!!

Zimmer im Neubau sind schön eingerichtet, leider ist alles extrem Hellhörig was einem wirklich den Schlaf raubt. Die Sauberkeit, gerade im Bad ist doch sehr Grenzwertig. Das Frühstück ist aber der Hauptpunkt für die Bewertung, dies war einfach nur Unterirdisch, die Lebensmittel welche gekühlt sein sollten waren warm, aufgefüllt wurde nur sporadisch, die Auswahl sehr begrenzt, der Raum für die vielen Menschen zu klein. Es erinnerte an das Gedränge im All inclusive Urlaub. Eine Adrett gekleidete Dame, welche wohl den Hut auf hat, versucht das Chaos mit Unfreundlichkeit zu regeln. Was noch zu erwähnen ist, die Parkplatzsituation, es sind nicht Mal annähernd genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, man parkt sich dann halt gegenseitig ein. Alles in allem bei diesem Preis der hier aufgerufen wird, wirklich unverschämt.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Zimmer im Nebengebäude modern und sauber auf Nachfrage war ein früher Check-in möglich überschaubares aber leckeres Frühstück mit regionalen Zutaten kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor Ort -Personal eher unfreundlich und sehr kurz angebunden (weil wir nicht aus Bayern sind?!) -kurze Frühstückszeit (bis 9:30 Uhr) Metzgerei/Imbiss im Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, Personal dort aber auch eher "unterkühlt"
