"We stayed 5 nights. It's a budget hostel with minimal service. No change of sheets or replacement of bath towels. The actual site of the hostel is large with great space to chill or walk around. We did enjoy the cafeteria, the lady during the evening shift was extremely kind and accommodating, she had gone above and beyond her duties, thank you. Overall, we enjoyed Santiago."

"Incredible location, the staff, Natalia and the 2 Sandra’s went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and had great recommendations. We had a stunning room with an amazing view of the plaza. Super comfortable bed just one suggestion we stayed 4 nights and there was not a single drawer in the suite to put any clothes away so we ha beautiful rooms with our clothes in piles."
