"Nice house in a quiet place, close to everything but far enough to have a peaceful stay. The house is well decorated, it has everything you need and it was clean and well mantained. Only area of improvement was internet speed which was enough but when 4 people connected it became kind of slow. "A beautifully designed property with obviously great care being taken. Nicely located for our purposes which were a first visit to Northern Spain with plenty of sightseeing and walking. As a peaceful and rural location it didn't have bars/restaurants/shops on the doorstep but it was only a short 20 minute drive to Reinosa which had supermarkets and restaurants or half an hour to the more substantial Torrelavega. The property was well equipped and in very good condition."

"The hosts were fantastic, they responded to queries quickly and were really helpful. They also gave us produce from their garden including delicious green peppers and tomatoes. The house itself needs some updating, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for a splash about on hot afternoons. We had a lovely holiday exploring the coast, the Picos de Europa and sampling local cuisine. The location was good for getting out and about by car."

"La ubicación es buena si te gusta el campo. La cocina un poco apretada ya que la habitación que cogimos para 2 era pequeña. El baño grande y cómodo. La cama se hundía por un lado y no era realmente cómoda. La primera noche no fue buena por los mosquitos. Teníamos que cerrar el balcón para que no entrarán y no había mucha corriente con las ventanas abiertas y pasamos calor. También compré repelente de mosquitos para las demás noches."

"This is a nice apartment in a block of apartments that share a small pool. Other residents were friendly and the apartment is in walking distance of a couple of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Colombres is in a beautiful location with an interesting history and access to the mountains and beaches of Asturias. On the negative side, very difficult to find and had to park in an unsecured public car park half a mile away with narrow cobbled streets to negotiate. Breakfast served in room and left the night before was virtually inedible - stale bread and cakes, tea but no kettle, fruit way past its sell by date including black bananas.
