"Our room was very spacious, big bathroom, clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Handy having restaurant on site and room service. Breakfast had good choices. Location is great - easy walk to waterfront, restaurants, ferry. Staff friendly and helpful. Car park area a bit tight with large vehicle."

"As it is newish it is in good condition. We had a kitchenette with Microwave, Kettle, 2 cups 2 forks. Nothing else. Unable to wipe down sink, dry cups. No change of towels in 4 days. Bed was very comfortable. "

"The location was ok but you really needed a car to get to the city. A shopping centre was less than 5 minutes away by car which was handy. The room was quite spacious and had the standard coffee, tea, toaster etc. Cleanliness was average as there were a few streaks of something on the table and the base had a layer dust."
