I asked for extra pillows and handwash and they were delivered to the room in less than 10 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and looked quite new. "Only one night but a really nice stay. Arrived in the early hours after a flight from Canada via London and were met by a prearranged taxi who took us to the Hotel. "The room is in a students' residence but a whole floor (i.e. the 5th floor) is designated as a hotel. The room is basically a studio - super comfy and the metro is few metres away. I did love the common areas as they allowed me to do some work. There is a super market literally next door. I had the breakfast included and that was good, too. Nothing fancy - perfect quality / price. "
